Working within the newly developed brand system, FORGE focused the website on the time-proven customer service that earned Merchants Security its solid reputation in the industry. Using web standards and developing a full content management system (CMS), FORGE created a website that Merchants Security could control and that will grow with Merchants as it continues to expand. The website also allowed for an emphasis on the many types of services that Merchants Security offers.

For over 100 years, Merchants Security Service (MSS) has specialized in corporate and campus motor patrol, stationary officers, and background checks. MSS prides itself in providing quality, customized service at affordable prices. Merchants Security also has a rich, family-owned history that includes providing security for the Wright Brothers Bike Shop where the airplane was born.
