While we usually cook on Fridays for lunch, today we had a busy schedule. So we decided to cook breakfast before we started our busy day. We have made breakfast a few times before, but today we took it to a new level. We cooked breakfast tacos and cinnamon rolls. There is nothing better than to hear our office go quiet when everyone is busy eating. A quiet employee is a happy employee during a meal.

We had the following items to go into our tacos:

• eggs
• bacon
• sausage
• cheese
• sour cream
• hash browns
• salsa

For our bacon needs we have fallen in love with Bluegrass Quality Meats. If you are a bacon lover then you have to give it a try.
