A Very FORGE Thanksgiving
At FORGE we take our food very seriously. We have been cooking lunch every Friday for quite some time now. This began as grilling out every week, but we quickly realized that we were passionate about food. So when Thanksgiving came around this year we knew we had to take our Friday lunch to a new level. We decided that we should create a Thanksgiving meal fit for a FORGE employee. When we thought about Thanksgiving we knew that we had to have turkey, which came courtesy of our friends at Griggstown.
The menu included the following:
- deep-fried turkey
- french fries
- sweet potato fries
- stuffing muffins
- pumpkin pie
We fried our turkey on the roof of our building. After cooking was complete we served lunch on our conference room table. The food was fantastic and no one left hungry. The meal will go down as the first annual FORGE Thanksgiving. It was truly a FORGE feast to remember.
